Max Rounds in 10 Minutes of: 50 Double Unders and 100m KB/DB Farmer Carry (53/36#)
I think the general grip work in the Farmers will interplay nicely with what’s all happening in the rope work, but I think the sneaky part will be your feet and calves/shins walking with the weight before coming back to jump it out. Be excited for drama to ensue!

***ALSO: There will no longer be a 6:15pm class, it’s been really low attendance for a while, so it’s time to cut it! Thanks, on Friday, I’d like to shift to one class there too, which do you think is better, the 4:15 or the 5:15, would be be better served by a 4:45 class? Let me know. Also, weekends: let’s try only having an 8:00am class, it’ll be bigger, funner for team stuff, and why not?! Thanks guys!!***
