Back Squat Max 5

GET IT.

 

 

Rowing:

WATTS.

Max it out over 10 attempts, see where it’s going.  Once on each damper setting.

Rest as needed between.

Take settings: 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10.  Row 1 Minute HARD on each of those, rest 2 between.  See about average WATTS using the different screen functions on each setting.
