Hey guys, snow might be a thing, in that case, be kind and patient. No one wants to get messed up, the gym will be open for sure, barring massive insanity (ultimately check here if you’re worried) but the main change is that we’re going to rehash the workouts so we can keep the huffing and puffing down and then run the fan between the classes for 10 minutes or so, so we can heat the place. You’re welcome :). Enjoy these “pumping” days, strong muscles are good, we do these too when the air quality is bad (just smart) and there’s nothing wrong with better muscles, you guys crush reps 🙂

The Workout:
***These don’t have to be totally insane heavy, but the weight should let you know that you’re done at about the reps listed. All the 5 sets should be done at similar weight, do a few sets to “work up” the weight, and then when it feels right for the 12 reps, get 5 sets at that. The coach will run the L-Hang Fun House for everyone, and then yay calves! Burn ’em up and make ’em sore!***
