Run 1 Mile or Row 1600m Rest 6 minutes

Tabata Burpees, Rest 4 Minutes

4 Minutes Max Double Unders, Rest 4 Minutes

Tabata Push-ups



Start a clock:

Row 5 calories, reset the monitor, row 6 calories, reset the monitor, row 7 calories…  all the way to 20 calories.  Let the watch run, and mess with the monitor each time, speed is king!  As fast as possible of course 🙂
