Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

 

Warm-up and Rock IT!  The goal is to try and get towards 20 rounds, so think about lowering the reps in each movement, or making the moves easier to allow for more rounds.  Like doing 3, 6, 9 instead of 5,10,15 is a good way to get more rounds.  Knee Push-ups are a good way to not stagnate on Push-ups. etc.
