Cornucopia!

Hey guys, here’s the plan:

If you’ve got a garage gym and feel comfortable hosting, have some people over, or zoom with them, and do the Cornucopia workout together or “together” on Thanksgiving AM, and we’ll be doing it at the gym and having a huge zoom kick off there (break the internet huge) and it’ll be awesome.  More details to come, and as always stay tuned there.

 

The Workout:

 

2 Rounds for time

Bike or Row for 2 Minutes

15 Suitcase DL Right

10 and 10 (switch legs at 10) Low to High Cross Chops Right

***If you don’t have a band, do Russian Twists with or

without a weight at least 20 reps***

9 Stationary Inchworms

Hollow Rock for 40 Seconds

15 Suitcase DL Left

10 and 10 (switch legs at 10) Low to High Cross Chops Right
