100 Pull-Ups

100 Push-Ups

100 Sit-Ups

100 Air Squats

 

A typical scale is 60/60/100/100, pull-up options about, ring rows, jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups or angle push-ups are good ideas too, lighter bench presses (1/2 Bodyweight is a push-up, so less than that is a good start).

Should take around 20 minutes, take time with it guys!

 

Rowing:

6x300m with 90 seconds rest. boom.
