Here’s the workout:

5 Rounds for Time of:

12 Hollow Body Pull-Overs

21 Russian Swings with something (KB, DB, Weight Plate, Backpack, ToolBox, Rock etc.) 🙂

Run in place for 2 minutes (HARD) [Could certainly be biking also if one’s ankle was so inclined against running]

 

I’m not going to post a video running in place!

 

Warm-up:

Let’s work on SLIPs this morning!

Scales

 

L-Sits 10 Max Holds, hanging off the rings/bar is OK, but pushing down is preferred.

Inversions – any handstand work will do, feet on a bench and head below the hips is a good start!

Planks 3×1 minute should suffice

We’ll spend 5-7 minutes on each, which is a short time really, but time well spent.  Then we’ll blast into running stuff, review the moves and smash house 🙂
