Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of:
15 Split Squats Right (Hold onto the weights you’re gonna use for Curl and Press)
:40 Second Elevated Side Plank Right Arm Down
15 Curl and Press with some DB’s or KB’s or cinder block (watch the face!!)
15 Split Squats Left (Hold onto the weights you’re gonna use for Curl and Press)
:40 Second Elevated Side Plank Left Arm Down
15 Curl and Press with some DB’s or KB’s or cinder block (watch the face!!)
Warm-up should include all the oldies but goodies:
Leg Swings -plenty
Arm Swings -way extra
Air Squats -more than you think/want to
Push-up Supports, circles, and scapula push-ups -why not do a lot?
Planks -oh planks, try some variations!

Rowing for Wednesday:
Hey 🙂 How many times can you row 500 meters at a pace that’s 5 seconds faster than your 2k row time with 3:30 rest between?
Like if your 2k pace is 2:00, row 500m under 1:55 (1:54 preferred), rest 3:30, do it again, how many can you do before you can’t hold that pace anymore?
