The Workout:

Max Rounds in 20 Minutes of:

15 Suitcase Deadlifts Right

:40 Second Side Plank

15 Jump Throughs

15 Suitcase Deadlifts Left

:40 Second Side Plank

15 Jump Throughs

 

You can use this for Side Plank too if you can!

 

For the Warm-up guys, make sure you hit some hollow rocks, some push-ups and air squats, probably a few rounds of 10-15 reps, some leg swings, and some time in dip support to get the shoulders going for the Jump Throughs, remember to scale those so they make sense difficulty-wise, walking through is smart if jumping through seems dangerous (like your chairs might slip etc.), or is too hard.
