Run 400m, or two minutes
50 Air Squats

Scale as needed for sure guys!! Carrie will be on the zoom calls today, so jump in, get into the session! Nothing wrong with 25 squats if it seems like too many.
Let’s take some time afterwards to stretch the quads big time!
Rowing! After those quads from the squats, it might be a decent rest day on the rower. But in case you’re not planning on jamming that out, here’s another option:
