Tabata with Rest Between of:

 

SIt-ups

Rest 3 Minutes

Hollow Arch

Rest 3 Minutes

Push-ups

Rest 3 Minutes

Air Squats

Rest 3 Minutes

Stationary Lunges

Rest the rest of the day 🙂

 

Remember Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off without switching exercises.  So you’ll do all 8 rounds of sit-ups before resting 3 minutes and then progressing to hollow arches for all 8 rounds and then on and on 🙂

Warm-up should be kept simple, side planks, push-up pluses and shoulder taps, good mornings and leg swings, and then get it going.

Cool-down should be focused on stretching the pecs and thighs for sure, they will be TIGHT!
