Friday’s Workout:

50 of Each for time!

Squat Jumps

Box Jumps

Lunges

Swings

Hollow Rock Pullovers

Push Presses

Hollow Arch

Thruster

Burpee

Double Under

 

Don’t hesitate to scale the reps to 20, 25, 30 or 35 of each, this workout is long, don’t go too crazy!!

 

The Warm-up is doing a handful of each movement, and getting ready for it mentally 🙂

 

Saturday’s Workout:

 

Max Rounds in 15 Minutes of:

30 seconds Run in place

10 Backward Lunges

30 seconds run in place

20 Lying Leg Raises

30 seconds run in place

10 Stationary Inchworms

 

This should be a burner!

 

Warm-up:

Let’s do all manner of lower leg stuff, heels walks, toe walks, calf raises, down dogs and bandy stuff.  Then all manner of hip stuff, leg swings, bridges, bird dogs, clamshells and goodmornings, then do a handful of each movement and cover the running in place finer points, then blast into the reps with gusto!!
