Russian Twists

Push-up Pluses

Dip Supports

Walking Lunges or Air Squats

 

Check out the moves after that, make the setup for the split squats easy to match foot position, something soft enough for the elevated side plank, and then stable enough for the jump throughs.  Blast away at rounds team!!
