Hey guys! I just wanted to take a second and say bravo for staying with it! It’s super hard to motivate yourself to keep coming to zoom, doing these workouts solo in your home, but buck up buttercup! We’re getting closer to getting back together into the gym, and it’ll be rad when we do, so look forward to that and stay strong right now!

Warm-up:
Let’s take good calf time, walks, raises, stretches. Let’s take good shoulder time, swings and circles, IYT’s and Rotation drills. Then let’s review running technique, figure out the jump rope (singles, single-doubles, or doubles, etc.) and then make the push-up number correct then GO!!
