Murph Details! For May 25th, Memorial Day
Hey guys 🙂 We’re gonna do a modified version which basically takes out the pull-up and throws in some core work and pulling of any variety.  Second to that we’re gonna have two mega classes that day, one in the AM and one in the afternoon.  Please sound off as to when you’d like to see those classes.  I’m currently shooting for 7:00am (that Monday the 25th only) and 4:00pm.  As per usual, it’s a quick warm-up scaling talk, and then go for it!  Once the workout has started I’m gonna get out of the zoom meeting and let you guys get nasty for however long it takes.  We’ll reconvene for those that want to for a zoom hangout session at 6:00pm, bring food, La Croix and good cheer!
