Max Rounds in 20 minutes of:

10/10 Suitcase DeadLifts (hold a KB/DB/Tool Box/Actual Suitcase)

13 Push-ups

14 Lateral DB Step Overs (Hug same object to chest)

 

 

 

Warm-up should include some arm swings and some external/internal shoulder rotation work too.  Side planks and some like 1/2 squat sideways walking drills would be smart for the suitcase deadlifts for sure too.
