The Workout:

 

3 Rounds for time of:

50 Jumping Jacks

40 Hollow Body Pull Overs

30 Jumping Squats

20 Burpee Jump-ins

 

Jumping Jacks are Jumping Jacks 🙂

 

 

 

Warm-up should include plenty of calf work to warm them up, plenty of hamstring stretching to get them loose enough for the burpee jump-ins and some good squat work to let the jumping squats be a thing.

Scaling!  Don’t be afraid to cut a whole round out of this if you need to guys.  Also don’ be afraid to halve the reps, there’s plenty of work here, and doing your best work is what’s important.

Wisdom: “You need reps to get fitter, but it’s not the reps that make you fit.”  You gotta do work, but it’s how well and hard you do at the work that makes you better, if you do lots of shitty work because you’re spent and can’t do well and have to slow down to make it, it’s not getting you better.  SCALE.
