Warm-up:

Warm-up with Arm Circles and Wrist circles to get ready for handstand work!  Let the handstand work prepare you for the workout.  When it’s time to get it smash it!

Advice:

Rep Options!

48-36-24-12 is a good scheme to cut some reps out (120 reps)

30-24-18-12-6 is also a good scheme (90 reps)

25-20-15-10-5 is 1/2 the reps (75 reps)

Choose reps that let you be aggressive to get through them rather than SLOGGING through oodles of slow reps with lots of breaks.  BOOOORRRING 🙂
