Here’s the “Mid-Quarantine Baseline Tests” session! These can be done anytime I guess, but sooner if better than later! ALSO May’s challenge is ABS. 1/2 Pt for an scale, 1 Point for Leg Raise/Sit-up, 2 Points for Toe to Bar, and 3 points for a GHD Sit-up. I know most everyone does not have a GHD (duh) or Pull-up Bar, but if you can find a park and get after it, do it! Ultimately it’s 30-some sit-ups a day, smash it 🙂

We’ll be going through these mini-events one at a time:
Max Push-ups in 1 set (if you can get like 2 push-ups, you have to do both straight body AND knee push-ups 🙂
Max Plank hold (not a “Max Planck” hold. That would be rude.)
Broad Jump for Distance (please don’t do this if jumping is bad for you!)
Hammy Test (watch the video, knees STRAIGHT)
Pistol Progression Video (qualitative test, you have to film yourself do you scales, and then save it until the end of quarantine for a review)
Max Mountain Climbers in 1 set (scaling is max reps of Bicycle Crunches)
This should be a helluva session 🙂
Warm-up for the jumps for sure guys. Jump rope, do some squats, do 10-15 each jumps and 5 that you mean and then NO MORE than 5 attempts for distance. My experience is that one of the first two will be your best no matter what.
