3 Rounds for Time

30 Hand Release Push-Ups to 1/2 Push-up

60 Stationary Lunges (hug something to make it “fun”)

90 Jump Rope (Doubles if you got ‘em, singles if you don’t, single doubles if that’s where you’re at)

 

 

 

No video for jump ropes 🙂 You can jump and clap if you don’t have a jump rope.  Works everybit as good!

 

Warm-up:

This is a great day for Arm Swings to help the shoulders out, a good series of Squat Therapy ~20 reps is a good number with some walking on the tippy toes and the heels to warm up the lower legs for the rope.  A good 4 minutes spent doing rope work of various kinds, practice the push-up drill, and sort out the lunge set up and you’re good to go!
