Wow guys, we’ve been at this a long time. Stay Focused! May 4th (May the Fourth be with you…) is coming, restrictions should be easing, and we’re getting our plan together to propose to the powers that be to help us open our doors up! WIth any luck it’ll work! There’ll certainly be some serious restrictions, I don’t know what they are yet, and yes I’ll let you know as soon as I do, but hopefully we’ll have a few more weekends, and another week and then be back at it in the gym!!

1:15 on :15 off Rotating Jumps
1:15 on :15 off Stationary Inchworms
Warm-up!
Do arm swings like we do
Walk around for a bit on your heels and tip-toes, and calf raises too
Jumping Jacks, Half Burpees and Ab Mat sit-ups; quite a few
Practice the jumps to determine your rotation ability, get your DB sorted out for the Allen lift and then… without further ado
