First workout in the cycle! This workout is gonna be great!  Lana has the charge so be ready!!

CHALLENGE: Hey guys, here’s the cycle challenge: bring someone new to a Zoom Class!  Carrie and I have been inviting some family in and they’ve taken us up on it, hopefully you’ve “met” them, Mark, Molly, Michelle etc.  If you have an “M” name you’re probably a Winney 🙂 HAHHA.  But try it!  Invite your friend, spouse, family member, co-worker, long lost gym buddy (Art) who needs to hang out with us, and get them to try out a class!  It’s kind of funny, but I can’t think of a better time to “try out” CrossFit, you’re in your own home, there’s no scary gear, no shirtless men within sweating distance, your own music, your shower is right there, it’s wild.  Why not?

Russian Twists

Push-up Pluses

Dip Supports

Walking Lunges or Air Squats

 

Check out the moves after that, make the setup for the split squats easy to match foot position, something soft enough for the elevated side plank, and then stable enough for the jump throughs.  Blast away at rounds team!!
