Hey guys 🙂 I hope you can all find a way to enjoy this holiday somehow with family and young ones.  My mother insists on having an Easter Egg hunt (with just the boys here, I can only assume that I’ll be roped into hunting for eggs as well, I will oblige) which is hilarious, but what the heck.
We’re gonna have our regular class offerings on Sunday as per usual, 8am and 5:30pm.  Hopefully they fit either before or after festivities!  For the fasting challenge I’ll be fasting Monday, and training without eating (OMG!!) and all that.  If you want to do it then, join me!  Chad 2.0 did it Friday day until 10am Saturday morning and did the 7:00AM class that Saturday, what a guy.  Very cool stuff.

75 Sit-ups (if you have an abmat use that, if you don’t check out the video for suggestions)
30 Left Arm Overhead Squats with something in your hand (in the 5-20lb range)
30 Left Arm Right Legged Lawn Mower Pulls (same thing, or a little heavier)
30 Left Arm Bent Over Rows (same thing or a little heavier still!)
30 Right Arm Overhead Squats
30 Right Arm Left Legged Lawn Mower Pulls
30 Right Arm Bent Over Rows
75 Sit-ups (same as above)
15 Left Arm Overhead Squats
15 Left Arm Right Legged Lawn Mower Pulls
15 Left Arm Bent Over Rows
15 Right Arm Overhead Squats
15 Right Arm Left Legged Lawn Mower Pulls
15 Right Arm Bent Over Rows
75 Sit-ups (same as above)
Warm-up:
Repeat these two several times back and forth, then do what’s in the video for a while before practicing the moves!
