I hope you guys all recognize that when I say Christmas, I mean all holiday stuff, I just got a like mental text of “Jesse, you’re probably not doing it right” which happens quite often, but yeah, all the various holidays, take time with your people, enjoy it, get some real rest, connect. Take 20 minutes and work on L-Sits using your kitchen chairs at paralettes. They work great! Every time you break on the L-sit do some air squats, like 5-15. When finished spend some time doing couch stretch on, your couch!
