6 DB Snatches (Alternating) 50/35
8 DB Goblet Squats 50/35
10 DB Hang Power Cleans 25/15
This workout can be done with KB’s just as “easily” as with DB’s, and certainly the medicine ball has a place here also. Sandbag?
