Workout for Saturday August 5th:

10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 For Time of:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

This will have to be a shared workout, the bench press MUST be spotted because it fatigues badly, and therefore the gear can be shared to a certain extent. Be cool, enjoy the reps, the session, and the company. It’s a super tough workout guys.
