Workout for Wednesday August 2nd:
For Max Weight in 7 Rounds of:
1 Power Clean
2 Strict Presses
3 Bent Over Rows
4 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
Work up over the 7 rounds, do complete the 10 reps as fast as seems reasonable, no extra waiting will be tolerated!!
Record highest weight lifted.
