Workout for Monday July 17th:
“Chelsea”
Every Minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
If (rather than when) you cannot complete the work in the round, continue for the remainder of the time completing rounds until 30 minutes has elapsed. Your score will look something like 22/6, as in 22 rounds on the minute, and then 6 rounds in the 8 minutes that you were unable to keep the pace. Another example 12/8, 12 rounds on the minute then 8 more rounds in the 18 minutes that followed.
