Workout for Saturday July 15th:
Bench Press 1 – 10 – 1- 20 – 1- 30
In between the rounds, perform 10 broad jumps.
Round 1: warm-up, light jumps, practice landing
Round 2: warm-up, higher jumps, practice landing
Round 3: warming nearly complete, far and high jumps, land balanced and soft
Round 4: Leap for joy, land well
Round 5: Enjoy your mad hops
Spot each other, take some measurements on the jump distance and have fun with that, your shins will get really sore, enjoy that too!!
