“Workout” for Thursday July 13th:
Gymnastics Specialty Day for:
Handstands and Handstand Push-ups
and
Ring Muscle-ups
if you want to do these movements, or be stronger in your arms in general, COME!! Don’t think you won’t be “stimulated” by the training session. That’s the whole point. This sort of day is what distinguishes CrossFit training from any other methodology, we advocate for practice and recognize that only through practice can we actually get stronger.
