Workout for Tuesday May 9th:
Run 5k
This workout people hate, and trust me I get it. HOWEVER, running is important to fitness, if you’re not a runner, because it hurts you, we’ll do something else, we have lots of options, if you run just slowly, we’ll cut back the distance, if you’re fast get a PR, if you’re not that fast, maybe you can get a record and then you’ll be less slow, or faster!
