Workout for Friday May 5th:
Alternating Double Tabata of:
Toes to Bars
and
Burpees
So, 20 seconds of Toes to Bar, rest 10 seconds and then 20 seconds of Burpees, rest 10 seconds for a total of 8 minutes of that. 8 Rounds for each exercise, 16 rounds in total of Tabata. Tough tough short day. Yay Friday!
