Workout for May 3rd:
30 Muscle-Ups for Time
This is a classic standard. Most people (myself included) certainly cannot complete this challenge. Not unlike summiting Mount Rainier or something. REAL TOUGH. So yes, we’ll scale it to include, transitions, Dips, Pull-ups and the like to make sure that your upper body is progressing so that you’re closer no matter how slightly to getting the muscle-up.
