In honor of USAF SSgt Travis L. Griffin, 28, who was killed April 3, 2008 in the Rasheed district of Baghdad by an IED strike to his vehicle. Travis is survived by his son Elijah.
When we finish this little ditty, we’ll rest up a minute and then work on the overhead squat. If we have the juice to take it to a 1RM, then great! If it’s gonna end up being a darn good technique day that’s totally cool as well, wait for tomorrow’s workout to post, you’ll get the joke!
Bekah has been training for a 5k so I think I’ll take the family to a track and do this there. I do love running backwards!
