Workout for Tuesday feb 7th

3 Rounds for Time of:
1 CONFUSOR Run
40 AbMat SitUps
20 Hang Squat Cleans 55/40

“The CONFUSOR Run” is a lap in the the parking lot backwards, then run to the explosive shed, turn around, run to the Domino’s wall and then turn around (again) and run back into the back door of the gym. Hence the name “CONFUSOR” Run 🙂
