This is gonna be a tough session, get ready for work team!!
You and your buddy share gear as best you can, rotate stations, the coach will time the rotations, and describe the situations, make notations, and recite quotations.

Pull-up Bar
Floor
Wall
Pair of Rings
Segment 1:
8 Rounds of 30 seconds working on holding an L-Sit, alternating with 30 seconds holding the top of a push-up.
Roll Right into
Segment 2:
8 Rounds of 30 seconds working on holding a handstand, alternating with 30 seconds holding an L-Hang
Rolls Right into
Segment 3:
8 rounds of 30 Seconds of Dip Support work (either rings or bars), alternating with 30 seconds of rest
Rolls Right into
Segment 4:
8 rounds of 30 seconds hollow rocking, alternating with 30 seconds of rhythm swings on the pull-up bar
REST. Stretch out the shoulders and wrists for sure!
