Workout for Wednesday January 18th:

5 Rounds for Time
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Air Squats
rest 3 minutes
We will certainly cut back the reps for those that need it, it’s super tough for sure. On a better note, this will be the one time this year we do this workout most likely, so come get it in!!
