posted a day early because everyone hates this, but it’s totally part of CrossFit so we’d better get to it!!
Workout for Tuesday January 17th:
Row 5k for time.
This is a tough tough stimulus, maybe it’s boring to some of you, but it’s quite stimulating when you get right down to it! We’ll get the pacing right, run some heats and take it from there! It’ll be grand. Well 5 grand to be precise! And of course we can scale it to less meters if that’s what needs to happen for sure.
