For Time
Once Finished we’re going to work up to a Max in the Overhead Squat. Do I think you’ll get any PR’s? Not really, but if you do, that’ll be awesome!! What we’re really practicing is how much can we lift once we’re good and tired. It’s a useful bit of skill for sure.
