Workout for Friday December 2nd:

Now this seems like something isn’t right. Like “that’s all coach”. The answer is yes it is. We need to take some time training the rowing technique, trust me, and then we need to drill pacing and stroke rate, then we need to talk about old times and getting the pace right for today. THEN HIT IT!!! This should be as maximal of a test as we ever do.
