Do 5 Rounds kind of like “Lynne” but it’s a little different:
3 Push Presses keep going up to find a new max or at least something legitimately heavy
Max Muscle-Ups in 1 set
Rest as needed between sets, but these won’t be nearly as taxing as the sets are in Lynne. GET HEAVY.
