Workout for Friday November 18th:
This workout is kind of like “Lynne” only with Cleans and Muscle-Ups, and the cleans are only in sets of 5, working up to your max weight, and the muscle-ups are max reps without dropping off the rings.
Cleans -working to heaviest 5
Muscle-Ups -get reps!!!
As far as a number of rounds, do no less that 5, but you’ve got to work the clean up and stay with sets of 5. Rest plenty between the rounds, get your tape right, chalk everything, shoe city, but make sure that you go directly from Cleans to the Rings.
Let’s record total number of Muscle-Ups and Max Load for 5 on the Clean. That sounds motivational.
