As far as you can get up the ladder in 20 Minutes doing:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 etc. Back Squats 185/135
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 etc. Burpee touch Pull-up Bar
4, 8 , 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 etc. Toes to Bar
This will be a little confusing to count I think, but boy is it going to be a doosey!!! Sleep tight team!!
