Before you do a set:
Run 200m -like you mean it
then do your three presses
IF!!! You miss the weight, there’s burpees today! Add up the numbers, and that’s how many you gotta do it you miss it. For example, Art’s gonna try 185 for a triple: he runs, he’s back, he presses once, twice, and oooooh misses the third rep. He owes himself 1 + 8 + 5 burpees (14) as payment for his transgression.
