Workout for Friday November 11th:
Front Squats. And more Front Squats. And once we’re done front squatting, we’ll do a few more, and then we’ll do other exercises that will build your ability to front squat. We call this training the front squat.
What will you do without (Freedom) Front Squats?! Certainly not be considered useful, strong, possessing a glorious posterior chain, clean impressive weights, carry weights for a long time in real life, like hiking, working, et cetera. You’re welcome.
