Run 400m
Row 500m

There is, as always, the potential for jogging in a workout like this. Try to not do that, try to hold the maximal suck line for as long as possible, and in the end be smashed. Rather than think about how to feel the best while you do the workout and after it’s over, feel basically OK wondering what’s next….
