Workout for Wednesday September 21st:

40 Seated Box Jumps – appropriately weighted and shenaniganized to produced gainz
Dumbells
Weight Vests
Med Balls
Ankle Weights
Single Leg
Hi Boxes
Et Cetera

5 sets of 12 reps of 45 Degree Hip Extensions – with enough weight across your back to smash your hamstrings into submission

6 Rounds of 30 seconds all out Rowing, to find, establish and try to beat your peak wattage output. Do rotate between all the class goers so you can get some rest and make sure that you can SMASH the wattage. Experiment with stroke rates, damper settings, foot placement, proper technique (shocking I know), using the Force Curve setting to educate on rowing timing, all that good stuff. GET DEEP.
