This is funny to me, I copy and paste-ed the entry from Feb 6th below. We are in fact doing karen in two weeks, hilarious!
Trade Rounds with your buddy so you all get 5 rounds of this:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings 53/35
12 GHD Sit-ups
Also, Karen is coming, this workout is awesome! It’s super tough, single modality, and punishes any flaw in an athletes core to extremity patterning, squat efficiency, and counting abilities! I hope your legs are good and sore from Wall Ball/Air Squat day a few weeks back, they should be sore again from Cindy, and we’ll hit ‘em a bunch next week all in preparation for you to SMOKE your old Karen time. Get excited, the training is working, you’re coming to the gym, you’re fitness is getting really good, your lungs are primed for breathing, it’s gonna be sweet.
