Workout for Thursday September 1st:
**Side Note: Can anyone else believe that it’s already September!!**
5 Rounds of this triplet, with rest, for quality, weight, and general savagery:
3 Bench Presses, each round go heavier until you’ve had about all you can take for those 3 reps
Max KB Swings on a really beefy KB
Max Time in an “L-Hang” Position
As per usual with triplets like this, rest BETWEEN rounds not during the round, so like after the KB Swings, when you’re like gassed you need to proceed directly to the pull-up bar and commence your hang.
